The World War II Foundation

I had the privilege to work as a Production Assistant and Drone Operator on a  documentary shoot led by Tim and Sheila Gray of The World War II Foundation and cinematographer Jim Karpeichik. The shoot took us across Austria and Germany to several historically significant sites. On this job I learned both how to make a sensitive, responsible and accurate documentary and how to be an effective member of a large crew.

 

When all is said and done, our work will form the backbone of multiple documentaries, including one covering Hartheim Castle and its role in the beginning of the Holocaust. Trailer below.
